·                       ASME-1000A dyeing machine is Xinda's new product produced sucessively after ASME-1000. The machine has absorbed the outstanding design features of ASME series dyeing machines. In it novel spraying system and fabric lifting and delivering system are used for greatly increasing fabric loading and speed as well as reducing bath ratio. In this way fabrics are ensured to be uniformly dyed and have a comfortable handling. The machine is surely desired equipment widely applied for dyeing cotton, cotton fiber, blended and man-made fabrics.

Standard features:

1. Machine body and all parts wetted by dye liquid made of corrosion resistant stainless steel.

2. Fabric storage unit is laid with high-strength Teflon pipes.

3. Heavy duty stainless steel circulation pump with motor driven by frequency inverter

4. JTZ double-stage nozzle is adjustable.

5.Infinitely variable speed lifter reel driven by frequ-ency in verter controlled motor with speed    indicator.

6. Service tank with feed pump and valves.
